The Compound Restaurant

Recognized by Gourmet Magazine’s Guide to America’s Best Restaurants, The Compound Restaurant is one of Santa Fe’s elite fine dining experiences. The Compound Restaurant is a destination not to be missed by Santa Fe visitors.. The Compound Restaurant has been recognized as Santa Fe Reporter’s “Best Restaurant”.

Owner and executive chef Mark Kiffin creates seasonal Southwestern cuisine, with a focus on fresh regional ingredients. His menu items bring excitement to the table with every bite. The Compound’s signature dishes include the palette pleasing Grilled Tenderloin of Beef Natural Harris Ranch Black Angus and the Warm Bittersweet Liquid Chocolate Cake is a delicious conclusion to any meal.

The Compound Restaurant is located along Santa Fe’s historic Canyon Road. Guests of Inn of the Governors can enjoy a leisurely 20-minute walk to The Compound Restaurant. Parking is also readily available at the restaurant.
